Innovación Educativa: Metodologías Activas e Inclusivas para Transformar la Formación Docente en Contextos Urbanos

Abstract

En una era de cambios tecnológicos continuos, el modelo de enseñanza-aprendizaje necesita adaptarse, reinventarse a la luz del hecho de que los estudiantes contemporáneos son nativos digitales y están preparados para las nuevas herramientas tecnológicas que se les ofrecen. La existencia de esta realidad plantea un problema para aquellos docentes que, por diversas razones (falta de tiempo, motivación, acceso a la tecnología o a internet en general) no alcanzan la competencia con las tecnologías. Todavía existen innumerables centros educativos que funcionan de manera tradicional y deben adaptarse a metodologías activas e inclusivas. Basado en esto, la presente investigación propone diseñar un plan de capacitación integral de metodologías activas e inclusivas y recursos tecnológicos (materiales y herramientas digitales) de fácil acceso en pedagogía enfocada al contexto urbano, para los docentes de educación básica-media de la Escuela "Clemente Yerovi Indaburu", ubicada en la ciudadela, Las Orquídeas, ciudad de Guayaquil... In an era of continuous technological change, the teaching-learning model needs to adapt and reinvent itself in light of the fact that contemporary students are digital natives and are prepared to use the new technological tools available to them. This reality presents a challenge for teachers who, for various reasons (such as lack of time, motivation, access to technology, or internet access in general), have not achieved proficiency with these technologies. There are still countless educational institutions operating in a traditional manner that need to adapt to active and inclusive methodologies.
