Sostenibilidad Económica de una Cafetería Cultural en el sector de San Rafael en el Valle de los Chillos

Abstract

Este trabajo de titulación, previo a la obtención del título de licenciado en gastronomía, tiene el objetivo de elaborar el plan de negocios de una cafetería cultural en el sector de San Rafael en el Valle de los Chillos, el estudio establece que la cafetería es sostenible a nivel económico y financiero. El trabajo parte de un análisis conceptual de los emprendimientos y el marco legal en el Ecuador, para luego analizar los factores administrativos y financieros que determinan que el emprendimiento propuesto es factible.This degree work, prior to obtaining the degree of bachelor in gastronomy, has the objective of elaborating the business plan of a cultural cafeteria in the San Rafael sector in the Valle de los Chillos, the study states that the cafeteria is economically and financially sustainable. The work is based on a conceptual analysis of ventures and the legal framework in Ecuador, to then analyze the administrative and financial factors that will determine that the proposed entrepreneurship is feasible.
