For this reason, UPS has proposed a new educational approach to help its financial growth, reduce student dropout and ensure that its students continue until the final stage. The action plan consisted of a substitute exam and recovery activities after each exam to achieve the approval of the subjects and maintain the number of students. It is concluded that both UPS and its students will grow with this proposal, butits viability is subject to changes and comments from the educational and business sector because the Salesian message cannot be applied in the workplace where there are no recovery activities that allow amending mistakes and each academic authority has different requirements.
