Geometría de dirección es la relación entre la posición de las ruedas y la carrocería o el chasis de un coche. Más específicamente, todos los vehículos salen de fábrica con unos reglajes en el conjunto dirección-suspensión delantera para conseguir que aquella cumpla su función de la mejor manera: las ruedas, deben guiar al vehículo por donde le mandamos, a través del volante, si lo soltamos y circulamos en línea recta, el vehículo debe tender a seguir en línea recta, al trazar las curvas, el comportamiento del automóvil debe ser noble. Steering geometry is the relationship between the position of the wheels and the vehicle frame or chassis. More specifically, every vehicle leaves the factory with a regulated front steering-suspension system to achieve its function fulfillment in the best way. The wheels must guide the vehicle in the direction chosen by the driver, through the steering wheel. If we release it and drive it in a straight line, the vehicle must maintain the same tendency; however, when driving around curves the vehicle’s behavior must be noble.
