Propuesta de Mejora del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la empresa ECOROSES S.A

Abstract

En el desarrollo de la investigación, tuvo tiene como objetivo proponer un modelo de mejora del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) para la empresa ECOROSESS.A., en base a las Normas ISO 45001:2018 con el propósito de identificar peligros y riesgos en el área de trabajo, para que con ello sea posible establecer acciones para mejorar las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores. La metodología de estudio que se utilizó corresponde a la Nota Técnica de Prevención (NTP 330), mediante la cual se identificaron, analizaron y evaluaron los riesgos de trabajo en el área de cosecha que forma parte de la compañía ECOROSES S.A, por lo cual, se establecieron los peligros relacionados con incendios, desastres naturales ya sea inundaciones o sismos, así como también otros eventos adversos como intoxicaciones por químicos en pesticidas, cortes en las manos por mala manipulación de herramientas cortopunzantes, caídas ante la uniformidad del piso y golpes durante la ejecución de la actividad laboral. Los resultados obtenidos se enfocaron de acuerdo a los Planes de Emergencia para actuar de una manera rápida ante accidentes e incidentes que pudieran ocurrir, aplicación del SG-SST (Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo) en relación a la normativa ISO 45001:2018 y en los procesos de auditoría que permitieron identificar oportunidades de mejora para fortalecer la seguridad y salud ocupacional de los trabajadores que forman parte del área de cosecha en la compañía que forma parte de la presente investigación. In the development of the current research, the objective is to propose a model for improving the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) for the company ECOROSESS.A., based on the ISO 45001: 2018 Standards, with the purpose of identifying hazards and risks in the work area, so that with this it is possible to establish actions to improve the working conditions of workers. The study methodology that has been used corresponds to the Technical Note on Prevention (NTP 330), through which the work risks in the harvest area that is part of the company Eco Roses S.A. are identified, analyzed and evaluated, therefore, the dangers related to fires, natural disasters such as floods or earthquakes, as well as other adverse events such as chemical poisoning in pesticides, cuts on the hands due to mishandling of sharp tools, falls due to the uniformity of the floor and blows during the execution of the work activity have been established. The results obtained are based on Emergency Plans to respond quickly to accidents and incidents that may occur, the application of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) in relation to the ISO 45001:2018 standard, and the audit processes that allow for identifying opportunities for improvement to strengthen the occupational health and safety of workers who are part of the harvest area in the company that is part of this research.
