Abstract

Cervecería La Cayetana, ubicada en Aloasí, Machachi, Ecuador, se dedica a la producción de cervezas artesanales 100% naturales, enfatizando la calidad de sus ingredientes. En el año 2013, Paúl Calderón, ingeniero químico con estudios en biotecnología, comenzó a fabricar cerveza artesanal como un hobby para el consumo familiar, continuo con la pasión de elaborar esta bebida hasta el año 2016 que consolido La Cayetana como una marca comercial para salir al mercado, distribuyendo en varios restaurantes, ferias gastronómicas, bares y cervecerías. La marca está inspirada en la naturaleza local, especialmente en el volcán Corazón, la cervecería busca crear cervezas que armonicen sabor y aroma, explorando estilos innovadores. Ofrece presentaciones en botellas de 250 ml con diferentes tipos de cerveza que llevan los nombres de animales del páramo que rodea el lugar y presentación en barriles para eventos y cervecerías, tiene como objetivo reflejar la identidad y esencia del valle de Machachi en cada producto. La calidad del agua de vertiente utilizada en la producción contribuye a un sabor único, lo que llena de orgullo a sus creadores El Proyecto Cerveceria - Casa de Arte la Cayetana nace de motivación principal de establecer un local físico en Quito, permitiendo a la marca, que hasta ahora ha operado solo como distribuidora, destacar y ganar reconocimiento. El diseño interior será flexible e innovador, facilitando actividades culturales y fortaleciendo la conexión con la comunidad. El proyecto se implanta el barrio la Floresta que tiene un carácter cultural y artístico es por este motivo que como valor agregado al proyecto se crea un espacio multifuncional el mismo que pueda tener las características para adaptarse o transformarse para funcionar como talleres de arte y también como actividad principal la cervecería. It offers presentations in 250 ml bottles with different types of beer that bear the names of animals from the paramo that surrounds the place and presentation in barrels for events and breweries, its objective is to reflect the identity and essence of the Machachi valley in each product. The quality of the spring water used in production contributes to a unique flavor, which fills its creators with pride. The Project Cayetana Brewery - Art House was born from the main motivation of establishing a physical location in Quito, allowing the brand, which until now has operated only as a distributor, to stand out and gain recognition. The interior design will be flexible and innovative, facilitating cultural activities and strengthening the connection with the community. The project is being implemented in the La Floresta neighborhood, which has a cultural and artistic character. For this reason, as an added value to the project, a multifunctional space is created that can be adapted or transformed to serve as art workshops, as well as primarily functioning as a brewery.
