Abstract

Este proyecto, abarca una variedad de temas relacionados con la Criminalística. En primera parte se relaciona a temas de arma de fuego, la descripción y la distinción entre armas de artillería y armas ligeras. Además, se presenta una cronología de los mecanismos de disparo en las armas de fuego, desde su historia hasta la actualidad. Así mismo se definen y describen partes de un cartucho y se explaya a la evolución del cañón estriado o poligonal en la comparación con el cañón liso. El proyecto de titulación, se examinan temáticas relacionadas con el análisis de audio y video forense. Se detalla el objeto de la pericia, los elementos recibidos, las actividades realizadas, y las conclusiones, utilizando técnicas forenses para autenticar y verificar la integridad de imágenes y videos. Finalmente, se incluye un trabajo práctico de homicidio, abarcando tres puntos ideales, incluyendo la acepción y rechazo de la prueba, la presentación de la prueba para defensa técnica y fiscalía y detalles sobre interrogatorio y contrainterrogatorio. This project covers a variety of topics related to Criminalistics. In the first part, it is related to firearm issues, the description and distinction between artillery weapons and light weapons. In addition, a chronology of the firing mechanisms in firearms is presented, from their history to the present day. Like wise, parts of a cartridge are defined and described and the evolutionof the rifled or polygonalbarrel is expanded in comparison with the smooth barrel. The degree project examines topics related to forensic audio and video analysis. The object of the expert report, the elements received, the activities carried out, and the conclusions are detailed, using forensictechniques to authenticate and verify the integrity of images and videos.Finally, a practical work on homicide is included, covering three ideal points, including the acceptance and rejection of evidence, the presentation of evidence for technical defense and prosecution and detailson interrogation and cross-examination.
