El local de Coffee Working, se implantará en la ciudad de Cueca, en una casa patrimonial, adyacente al centro histórico, es una vivienda que actualmente se encuentra deteriorada por el paso del tiempo, ya que los propietarios no le han dado mantenimiento constante, se planteara una reestructuración del tipo de uso, y de igual manera se conservara gran parte de la estructura original y principalmente el patio interior el cual nos aporta una ventaja para el diseño, ganando iluminación y ventilación natural, creando un ambiente más agra dable y saludable, reduciendo el estrés y aumentando la productividad.El Diseño busca aportar al crecimiento académico y profesional de los usuarios, ya que aporta espacios accesibles para emprendedores, startups, freelancers, profecionales, redu ciendo los costos asociados con el alquiler de oficinas tradicionales.No solo se ofrece un espacio de trabajo compartido, sino que también juega un papel clave en la promoción del emprendimiento, la innovación, la sostenibilidad y el bienestar social, disfrutando de un servicio de la cafetería, mejorando así la experiencia de los usua rios.
