Abstract

El desarrollo de está tesis se centra en un coworking para profesionales y estudiantes del ámbito de la construcción, el nombre de este coworking se lo denominará COWORKING “LA SANTIAGO”, nombre que se atribuye a una historia que tiene con el sector en si,.Se ha realizado una investigación tanto del entorno inmediato como mediato, para determinar la necesidad del proyecto, así como del tipo de usuarios que serán parte de este diseño. En el diseño se ha partido desde un concepto y subconceptos que ayuden al desenvolvimiento de cada elemento para que tenga una unidad y una identidad. Por ser un proyecto que se desarrolla en varias plantas se ha tomado en cuenta los mayores usos de los usuarios para tener más cercanos desde su ingreso. The development of this thesis focuses on a coworking for professionals and students in the field of construction, the name of this coworking will be called COWORKING “LA SANTIAGO”, a name that is attributed to a history it has with the sector itself.An investigation of both the immediate and intermediate environment has been carried out to determine the need for the project, as well as the type of users who will be part of this design. The design has started from a con cept and subconcepts that help the development of each element so that it has a unity and an identity. As it is a project that is developed on several floors, the greatest uses of users have been taken into account to have them closer from the moment they enter.
