Abstract

La provincia de Loja se distingue por su notable potencial en las artes escénicas, especialmente en el ámbito musical, logrando un destacado reconocimiento a nivel nacional e internacional. Este logro ha consolidado su reputación como la "Capital Musical del Ecuador". El impulso de eventos como el Festival Internacional de las Artes Vivas ha contribuido signi¬cativamente al fomento de la cultura en la ciudad. A partir de este contexto, surge la propuesta de un ambicioso proyecto destinado a promover y enriquecer la escena musical local. Este proyecto busca no solo consolidar la posición de Loja como un epicentro cultural, sino también inspirar a las generaciones jóvenes, especialmente a los estudiantes, a involucrarse y apreciar la riqueza musical de la región. Con esta iniciativa, se aspira a crear un referente que impulse el desarrollo artístico y cultural, contribuyendo al orecimiento continuo de la escena musical y consolidando a Loja como un bastión vibrante de expresión artística. This achievement has cemented its reputation as the "Musical Capital of Ecuador." The promotion of events such as the International Festival of Living Arts has contri buted signi¬cantly to the promotion of culture in the city. From this context, the proposal for an ambitious project aimed at promoting and enriching the local music scene arises. This project seeks not only to consolidate Loja's position as a cultural epicenter, but also to inspire young generations, especially students, to get involved and appreciate the musical richness of the region. With this initiative, the aim is to create a benchmark that promotes artistic and cultural development, contributing to the continued ourishing of the music scene and consolidating Loja as a vibrant bastion of artistic expression.
