Incidencia de la Inversión extranjera directa en las empresas del sector manufacturero ecuatoriano entre el año 2010 y 2019

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la incidencia de la inversión extranjera directa en la industria manufacturera nacional en el periodo comprendido entre los años 2010 y 2019, y los efectos que provocan en la economía ecuatoriana. La investigación fue descriptiva correlacional con enfoque cuantitativo y de análisis documental, el cual se incorporó técnicas de análisis como la Revisión Bibliométrica Sistemática (RBS) a partir de sus dos variables de estudio, la inversión extranjera directa y productividad en el contexto de la industria manufacturera ecuatoriana y a nivel internacional, y sobre las políticas actuales que incentivan la inversión extranjera directa, y un análisis de datos estadísticos y financieros extraídos de trabajos previos de otros autores a nivel Ecuador e internacional y fuentes de entidades públicas. Los resultados indican que existe una correlación positiva entre estas variables, esto apunta que la productividad del sector manufacturero aumenta a medida que la Inversión Extranjera Directa, en el mismo sector, se incrementa. The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between Foreign Direct Investment and the annual national production of the manufacturing industry in Ecuador during the period 2010 - 2019, and the effects it causes on the Ecuadorian economy. It was descriptive correlational with a qualitative approach, for the documentary analysis techniques such as the Systematic Bibliometric Review (RBS) were incorporated from its two study variables: foreign direct investment and productivity in the context of the Ecuadorian manufacturing industry and internationally, and on the current policies that encourage FDI, and an analysis of statistical data extracted from previous works by other authors at the Ecuadorian and international level and sources from public entities. The results indicate that there is a positive correlation between these variables, this indicates that the productivity of the manufacturing sector increases as Foreign Direct Investment, in the same sector, increases.
