Diseño arquitectónico de un centro comercial en el cantón el Pangui, provincia Zamora Chinchipe

Abstract

Basándose en el diagnóstico realizado y en los resultados obtenidos, el diseño del centro comercial, se lo realiza respondiendo a las necesidades de la población y la formalidad de la edificación respecto al contexto donde se encuentra. El equipamiento se lo diseña en un terreno de la zona céntrica del cantón, perteneciente al GAD municipal, sus características hacen que el proyecto sea bastante accesible tanto para peatones como vehículos, es por ello que el partido arquitectónico se lo realiza en función a su contexto inmediato y general. El equipamiento está constituido por cuatro bloques distribuidos uniformemente en los cuatro lados del terreno, se crea diferentes alturas entre ellos para dar cierta dinámica y confort al proyecto, tiene como núcleo principal una pequeña área verde interna para recreación y descanso, también se colocan pequeñas áreas verdes en el contorno del equipamiento para no dejar de lado el ámbito natural, para lo estructural y constructivo se utiliza el hormigón armado y estructura metálica para pérgolas y cubiertas.In the present document has like purpose, develop a proposal of architectural design of a Mall for the cantón El Pangui, situated in the province of Zamora Chinchipe. The proposal arises with base to the problematic identifies in the cantón, as it is the need of a complementary equipment for the different commercial activities. This equipment will allow to order of better way the local trade and offer to the citizenship spaces of social interaction. Basing in the diagnostic realized and in the results obtained, the design of the mall, realizes it to him answering to the needs of the population and the formality of the edificación with regard to the context where finds . The equipment designs it to him in a terrain of the centrical zone of the cantón, pertaining to the GAD municipal, his characteristics do that the project was quite accessible so much for pedestrians like vehicles, is thus that the architectural party realizes it to him in function to his immediate context. The equipment is constituted by four blocks distributed uniformly in the four sides of the terrain, creates different heights between them to give some dynamics and confort to the project, has like main core a small green area intern for recreation and rest, also place small green areas in the outline of the equipment not to shelve the natural field, for the structural and constructive system employs the armed concrete and metallic structure for pergolas and covers.
