The present work consists of the development of a synchronous risk assessment methodology between two methods that propose to rank and prioritize the correction of critical areas in order to structure a technical methodological tool that allows to delineate qualities of the 7 Carver + Shock criteria and combine them to the simplified quantification of the 4 levels of assessment of the accident risk assessment system NTP 330, allowing us to carry out with an objective, clear and logical perspective the analysis and risk profile of public servants in Ecuador who are exposed to different levels of risk and vulnerability conditions due to their positions, duties or activities, outlining organizational, technological and individual measures necessary for their prevention and mitigation, avoiding the underutilization of resources, whether human talent or logistical means belonging to the State, thus achieving the objective of this study which was the description of the processes contained in the Carver + Shock and NTP 330 methodologies and integrating them into a personal assessment for public servants of Ecuador, as a technical tool of public protection. |
