Propuesta de vivienda bioclimática mediante análisis tipológico de la arquitectura vernácula para la comunidad pueblo viejo de la parroquia rural San Lucas

Abstract

La comuna Pueblo Viejo se ubica en la parroquia rural San Lucas en el cantón Loja a 2800 m.s.n.m., su temperatura promedio es 12 ºC siendo los meses de marzo y noviembre los más fríos, su población en su mayoría se define como Kichwa Saraguro y siguen las tradiciones y costumbres de este pueblo indígena. Actualmente las condiciones de vivienda en la parroquia se han visto afectadas por el paso del tiempo y la falta de mantenimiento siendo así que solo el 13.52% se encuentran en estado aceptable. La investigación se desarrolla en dos etapas: la primera es la revisión bibliográfica y de referentes y la segunda de diagnóstico de sitio, usuario y tipológico que permitieron generar un nuevo diseño de vivienda bioclimática acorde a las necesidades actuales de los pobladores de la comuna Pueblo Viejo...The commune of Pueblo Viejo is located in the rural parish of San Lucas in the Loja canton at 2800 m.a.s.l, its average temperature is 12 ºC being the months of March and November the coldest, its population is mostly defined as Kichwa Saraguro and follow the traditions and customs of this indigenous people.
