Análisis financiero aplicado a la empresa “Procafesa” En la parroquia Malacatos del cantón Loja. En el Periodo 2018 – 2019

Abstract

El trabajo de titulación denominado: ANÁLISIS FINANCIERO APLICADO A LA EMPRESA “PROCAFESA” EN LA PARROQUIA MALACATOS DEL CANTÒN LOJA. PERIODO 2018 - 2019, permite dar cumplimiento al cálculo de indicadores financieros y aplicación de métodos de Evaluación Financiera horizontal y Vertical, que ayudaran a conocer la situación administrativa financiera de la empresa PROCAFESA y el uso que se ha venido dando a los recursos generados de esta actividad, Fueron varios métodos de investigación utilizados en el desarrollo del presente trabajo, el método inductivo, el mismo que sirvió para reconocer características generales del café y los beneficios que ofrece a quienes lo consumen el producto 100% natural y base de éste emprendimiento; el método deductivo, que parte del conocimiento de procesos de fabricación del producto café para adaptarlo a las necesidades del entorno local; el método analítico, que ha permitido estar a la vanguardia y adaptar el producto a las exigentes necesidades de los clientes; el método matemático, se utilizó al realizar en forma sistemática y ordenada cada una de las etapas de evaluación financiera; que aplicado a PROCAFESA, de la Parroquia de Malacatos periodo 2018- 2019, permitió elaborar el informe financiero, para que mediante la comprensión del mismo se pueda tomar acciones correctivas y decisiones, buscando el crecimiento de su empresa.The degree work called: FINANCIAL ANALYSIS APPLIED TO THE COMPANY “PROCAFESA” IN THE MALACATOS DEL CANTÒN LOJA PARISH. PERIOD 2018 -2019, allows to comply with the calculation of financial indicators and application of horizontal and Vertical Financial Evaluation methods, which will help to know the financial administrative situation of the PROCAFESA company and the use of economic resources. There were several methods used in the present work, the inductive method, the same one that served to recognize general characteristics of coffee and the benefits offered to those who consume it, the 100% natural product and the basis of this undertaking; the deductive method, which starts from the knowledge of the coffee product manufacturing processes to adapt it to the needs of the local environment; the analytical method, which has allowed us to be at the forefront and adapt the product to the demanding needs of customers; The mathematical method was used when carrying out in a systematic and orderly way each of the stages of financial evaluation; that applied to PROCAFESA, of the City of Malacatos period 2018-2019, allowed to prepare the financial report, so that by understanding it, corrective actions and decisions can be taken, seeking the growth of your company.
