The dental bridge is one of the most indicated treatments for the restoration of missing teeth aiming to maintain the health of the teeth present in the mouth, return function and aesthetics. In the current market there are several materials used for the manufacture and elaboration of dental bridge, among them is zirconium oxide, which is a grayish white material that in addition to being resistant, allows to reproduce the natural aesthetics of the teeth. In the present clinical case, a 55 yearold patient with upper and lower partial edentulism was treated, who came to the clinic to replace an anterosuperior ceramic metal bridge with a more aesthetic bridge that restores her well-being and self-esteem; using vital abutment teeth as support looking to preserve their pulp and periodontal vitality. A one-year follow-up of the treatment was carried out, showing that the vital abutment teeth have a favorable prognosis and that zirconium as the base of the bridge structure manufactured in combination with feldspar ceramics allows to maintain structural rigidity, while offering favorable aesthetic results.
