Implementación de Máquina Arenadora para limpieza de autopartes automotrices

Abstract

En la actualidad son muy pocos los talleres o locales automotrices en Guayaquil que prestan un servicio de limpieza de piezas o partes de vehículos en general que se ven afectadas por oxidación o corrosión del metal debido a varios factores que pueden afectar su funcionamiento o estado normal de dichas piezas. Son pocos los talleres o locales que prestan este servicio, ya sea por desconocimiento tanto del taller o de los usuarios en general, que no manejan estas técnicas de limpieza que a pesar de no ser una herramienta nueva han pasado desapercibas en el medio, y puede ser una gran fuente de ingresos para los talleres que los usen y para el usuario final, el mismo que le ahorraría gastar su dinero en comprar piezas o componentes nuevos. Este proyecto tiene la finalidad de implementar una máquina arenadora en el taller de la UIDE – Guayaquil para limpieza de autopartes automotrices conlleven a un mejor servicio y contribuye al ahorro de costos de nuevas piezas y reduce la explotación de minerales para la fabricación de las mismas. El enfoque metodológico de este estudio esta direccionado al ámbito cuantitativo y explicativo, tiene la finalidad de analizar y evaluar todo los elementos de su entorno para la medición de la variables, en este proceso es de gran utilidad la técnica de observación, la exploración que mediante las técnicas de investigación como la encuesta realizada a los estudiantes de la carrera se pudo establecer la importancia de la realización de este proyecto que sirve para validar respectivamente toda información receptada ofreciendo mayor confiabilidad, de tal manera que, se pueda conocer los altos y bajos que presenta la implementación de una máquina arenadora para la limpieza de metales en referencia el proceso antiguo que se realizaba antes.At present, there are very few automotive workshops or premises in Guayaquil that provide a cleaning service for parts or parts of vehicles in general that are affected by oxidation or corrosion of the metal due to several factors that can affect their operation or normal state of said pieces. This project has the purpose of implementing a sandblasting machine in the UIDE - Guayaquil workshop for cleaning automotive parts, leading to a better service and contributing to cost savings of new parts and reducing the exploitation of minerals for their manufacture. The methodological approach of this study is directed to the quantitative and explanatory field, it has the purpose of analyzing and evaluating all the elements of its environment for the measurement of the variables, in this process the observation technique is very useful, the exploration that through The research techniques such as the survey carried out to the students of the degree could establish the importance of carrying out this project that serves to respectively validate all information received offering greater reliability, in such a way that, it is possible to know the highs and lows that presents the implementation of a sandblasting machine for cleaning metals in reference to the old process that was carried out before.
