Plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa para exportación de software y servicio de prevención de lavado de activos al mercado de Bolivia

Abstract

Resumen Ejecutivo La tecnología se ha convertido en un aliado estratégico para todo giro de negocio, el presente proyecto para la creación de una empresa con la proyección de exportar software para la Prevención de Lavado de Activos al mercado boliviano da fe de esto. En este proyecto se realizó el análisis del macro y micro entorno del mercado de Bolivia, identificando que existe demanda y poca competencia, haciendo al plan de negocios viable y atractivo. La estrategia comercial se focaliza al segmento de aseguradoras, las razones son por su músculo económico, confianza en proveedores ecuatorianos y a la obligatoriedad por ley, la suma de estos componentes aumenta la probabilidad de éxito del proyecto. Para el análisis cualitativo se realizó entrevistas con la Oficial de Cumplimiento y el Gerente de Sistemas de Seguros Constitución, que permiten conocer a detalle la función del responsable de la prevención de lavado de activos y el apoyo que brinda el área de sistemas. Se elaboró un plan de marketing que detalla las diferentes estrategias empresariales a nivel gerencial, determinando un precio de introducción al mercado menor que los dos competidores. Se diseñó el estudio técnico para la localización y proceso de producción ilustrado en el modelo de desarrollo software W, también se describió la estructura organizacional que permite la conformación de un equipo técnico-comercial que hará posible arribar con éxito al mercado boliviano, así como la legalización de la conformación de una empresa. Concluyendo, el análisis del presente modelo de negocio de exportación de software para la prevención de lavado de activos es viable. Se recomienda la implementación de este proyecto. In this project, the analysis of the macro and micro environment of the Bolivian market was carried out, identifying that there is demand and little competition, making the business plan viable and attractive. The commercial strategy focuses on the reinsurers segment, the reasons being due to its economic muscle, confidence in Ecuadorian suppliers and the fact that it is mandatory by law, the sum of these components increases the probability of project success. For the qualitative analysis, interviews were conducted with the Compliance Officer and the Manager of the Insurance Systems Constitution, which provide detailed information on the role of the person responsible for the prevention of money laundering and the support provided by the systems area. A marketing plan was elaborated that details the different business strategies at the managerial level, determining a lower market introduction price than the two competitors. The technical study for the location and production process illustrated in the software development model W was designed. The organizational structure that allows the formation of a technical-commercial team that will make it possible to successfully reach the Bolivian market was also described, as well as the legalization of the formation of a company. In conclusion, the analysis of the present business model of software export for the prevention of money laundering is feasible. Implementation of this project is recommended.
