Abstract: El proyecto consiste en el diseño, elaboración y comercialización de utensilios de cocina producidos a partir del fruto de mate de la costa y oriente ecuatoriano, como una alternativa sostenible frente a productos de plástico y otros materiales de alto impacto ambiental. La propuesta combina aprovechamiento responsable de recursos naturales, técnicas artesanales y un enfoque de economía circular que transforma un insumo de origen vegetal en piezas útiles, duraderas y estéticamente atractivas...The project involves the design, production, and commercialization of kitchen utensils made from the mate fruit from Ecuador’s coastal and eastern region, as a sustainable alternative to plastic products and other materials with a high environmental impact.
