Plan de negocios para la creación de una microempresa que Brinde servicios de diseños de huertos frutales y ornamentales En vertical, con un enfoque en la sostenibilidad del medio Ambiente, ubicado en el distrito metropolitano de quito el año 2024

Abstract

El proyecto consiste en crear una microempresa dedicada al servicio de diseños de huertos frutales y ornamentales en vertical, centrada en la sostenibilidad del medio ambiente, ubicado en el distrito metropolitano de Quito el año 2024 para verificar su viabilidad, factibilidad y tener una rentabilidad alta en el mercado. El proyecto nace con un producto innovador para hogares con espacios delimitados con la naturaleza, por lo que no pueden cultivar frutos saludables, da una opción de siembra y cultivo y que los costes sean acordes al diseño y calidad del servicio entregado.La decisión de integrar huertos frutales en las paredes exteriores de un hogar es fundamental por sus grandes beneficios para el cliente, produciendo frutos saludables libres de químicos, dando un lugar donde el cliente puede desconectarse del mundo tecnológico y conectarse con la naturaleza.El éxito del plan se encuentra en la aplicación y combinación de las diferentes herramientas de investigación del entorno del mercado, la innovación del servicio, el enfoque en el cliente, unido a una campaña de marketing pensada en el mundo cambiante.Determinando que en el primer año de poner en marcha la microempresa se calcula obtener una Tasa Interna de Rendimiento del 57,46 % dando un valor en USD 179.231,98 recuperando la inversión inicial de USD 131.246,76 a partir del primer año. The project consists of creating a micro-enterprise dedicated to the design service of vertical fruit and ornamental orchards, focused on environmental sustainability, located in the metropolitan district of Quito in 2024 to verify its viability, feasibility and have a high profitability in the market. The project was born with an innovative product for homes with spaces delimited by nature, so they cannot grow healthy fruits, it provides a planting and cultivation option and the costs are in line with the design and quality of the service delivered.The decision to integrate fruit orchards into the exterior walls of a home is fundamental due to its great benefits for our client, producing healthy fruits free of chemicals, giving a place where the client can disconnect from the technological world and connect with nature.The success of the plan is found in the application and combination of the different research tools of the market environment, service innovation, customer focus, together with a marketing campaign designed in the changing world.Determining that in the first year of launching the microenterprise, it is estimated to achieve an Internal Rate of Return of 57,46 %, resulting in a value of USD 179,231.98, thereby recovering the initial investment of USD 131,246.76 starting from the first year.
