Abstract: | El siguiente plan de negocios tiene como finalidad poder presentar un restaurante de comida tradicional ecuatoriana, en función a las preferencias de consumo de los habitantes del cantón Salcedo, se ha empleado una metodología mixta; cualitativa y cuantitativa, la cual ayuda a un enfoque más variado y no focalizándose en un solo método de estudio, ayudando a obtener resultados más rápidos y reduciendo la cantidad de recursos a utilizar. El plan de negocios logra describir la factibilidad de implementar un restaurante de comida tradicional en el centro del cantón. The following business plan aims to present a traditional Ecuadorian food restaurant, based on the consumption preferences of the residents of Salcedo. A mixed methodology, including qualitative and quantitative methods, has been used to provide a more varied approach and to avoid focusing on a single method of study, helping to obtain faster results and reducing the amount of resources needed. The business plan describes the feasibility of implementing a traditional food restaurant in the center of the canton. |
