Realidad del Centro de Rehabilitación e Inserción Social de la Ciudad de Loja y la mala aplicación del Código de Ejecución de Penas

Abstract

Esta investigación comprende tres capítulos, el primer capítulo constituye la Fundamentación Teórica de la Investigación, que tiene como finalidad dar una visión histórica acerca de cómo se estableció el proceso Penitenciario en el mundo y de manera específica en nuestro país; el segundo capítulo, consiste en el Análisis del Código de Ejecución de Penas y de Rehabilitación Social, mediante el cual se pretende conocer y determinar su estructura, funcionamiento y aplicación de las leyes del Sistema Penitenciario y el tercer capítulo trata la Realidad de los Internos en el Centro de Rehabilitación Social de Loja, en el cual se hace un análisis pormenorizado sobre la situación real que viven los recluidos en este centro, en lo referente a infraestructura, higiene, alimentación, educación, trato y reinserción económica y social.
