Creación de un complejo deportivo "La Calderita" en el sur de la ciudad de Quito

Abstract

La actividad deportiva es la base fundamental para el mantenimiento, distracción y desarrollo de los seres humanos. El fútbol es el deporte de mayor aceptación y práctica en el Ecuador. El sector sur del área urbana de la ciudad de Quito, ha tenido un considerable crecimiento de la población en los últimos años, sin embargo, no se han desarrollado sitios apropiados para la práctica deportiva en general. El presente trabajo consiste en la elaboración del Plan de Negocios de un Complejo Deportivo para la práctica de Fútbol 7 y Fútbol 5, así como, para la educación deportiva de niñas y niños con una Escuela de Fútbol, con la construcción de canchas de césped sintético. Se ha planificado la construcción de facilidades deportivas de uso diurno y nocturno, siendo de relevancia la instalación de canchas de césped sintético, habiéndose determinado las bondades de sus características, especialmente en lo relacionado con la afectación al medio ambiente. Analizando, tanto la población como la capacidad económica y las necesidades de un complejo deportivo en el sector sur de la ciudad de Quito, se ha concluido, que la creación de dicho complejo y su funcionamiento adecuado, generarán un apropiado retorno de la inversión y será beneficioso para los pobladores del sector.

The sport is the fundamental basis for the maintenance, distraction, and development of human beings. Soccer is the sport of greater acceptance and practice in Ecuador. The southern sector of the urban area of the city of Quito, has had a considerable population growth in recent years, however, have not developed sites suitable for the practice of sports in general. The present work consists in the elaboration of the Business Plan of a sports complex for the practice of soccer 7 and soccer 5, as well as, sports education of girls and boys with a soccer school, with the construction of synthetic grass courts. The construction of sports facilities for day and night use, planned relevance being the installation of synthetic grass courts, determining the benefits of its characteristics, especially as it relates to the affectation to the environment. Analyzing both the population as the economic capacity and the needs of a complex sports in the southern sector of the city of Quito, has concluded, that the creation of such complex and its proper functioning, they will generate an appropriate return on investment and it will be beneficial for the inhabitants of the sector.
