Centro Cultural Recreativo en Valle Hermoso

Abstract

Valle Hermoso es una parroquia rural ubicada estratégicamente entre el rio blanco y las montañas que conducen hacia la sierra ecuatoriana, en un entorno natural con abundante vegetación en la provincia de Santo Do-mingo de los Tsáchilas, en el cantón Santo Domingo, sin embargo, a pesar de encontrarse junto al rio se ha creado un borde físico que desconecta el pueblo de este elemento y sus habitantes. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es el elaborar una propuesta espacial para integrar y conectar mediante un equipamiento cultural-recreativo a la parroquia ¨Valle Hermoso¨ y los elementos naturales del sector. Las metodologías para cumplir con el objetivo son de carácter cualitativo como el análisis fotográfico, revisión literaria, mapeos y análisis de referentes. La propuesta se centra en la generación de una conexión entre el entorno natural (rio blanco y la vegetación del lugar) con los habitantes de la parroquia, a través de un equipamiento recreativo cultural, que ejerza la función de medio conector entre lo construido y lo natural, mediante una serie de actividades y recorridos, buscando generar poco impacto ambiental utilizando materiales de la zona e implementando sistemas de reforestación. Valle Hermoso is a rural parish strategically located between the white river and the mountains that lead to the Ecuadorian highlands, in a natural environment with abundant vegetation towards the province of Santo Domin-go of Tsáchilas, in the Santo Domingo canton, however, despite from being next to the river, a physical border has been created that disconnects the town from this element and its inhabitants. The main objective of this work is to develop a spatial proposal to integrate and connect through a cultural recreational equipment to the Valle Hermoso parish and the natural elements of the sector. The methodologies to meet the objective are of a qualitative nature such as photographic analysis, literary review, mapping, and reference analysis. The proposal focuses on the generation of a connection between the natural environment (white river and the vegetation of the place) with the inhabitants of the parish, through a cultural recreational facility, which acts as a means of con-necting between what is through a series of activities and tours, seeking to generate little environmental impact using materials from the area and implementing reforestation systems.
