Rehabilitación arquitectónica de la vivienda patrimonial propiedad de la familia Carrión ubicada en la ciudad de Gonzanamá

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se basa en la rehabilitación arquitectónica del inmueble patrimonial perteneciente a la familia Carrión, ubicado en la ciudad de Gonzanamá, este es un edificio que se caracteriza por diferentes hechos históricos y manifestaciones en el ámbito cultural, económico, político y social, que se suscitaron durante su periodo útil. El estudio busca intervenir el edificio para evitar la pérdida de su autenticidad y significado para el sitio, ya que este se encuentra parcialmente habitado y en estado de ruina. La metodología empleada considera el análisis de postulados, teoremas, leyes y principios de aplicación universal, que faciliten el adecuado diagnóstico del contexto y la vivienda, con el propósito de prevenir, preservar y generar un adecuado uso del objeto de estudio. La propuesta establece un equilibrio entre el respeto de las particularidades del bien y el nuevo uso, el cual se orienta a la prestación de servicios generales, mediante espacios flexibles que faciliten el sustento económico de la vivienda, incentiven las actividades sociales y aporten al desarrollo de la ciudad de Gonzanamá.

The present research work is based on the architectural rehabilitation of the patrimonial building belonging to the Carrión family, located in the city of Gonzanamá, this is a building that is characterized by different historical facts and manifestations in the cultural,economic, political and social fields that arose during its useful period. The study seeks to intervene in the building to avoid the loss of its authenticity and meaning for the site, since it is partially inhabited and in a state of ruin. The methodology considers the analysis of postulates, theorems, laws, and principles of universal application that will facilitate the proper diagnosis of the context and housing, in order to prevent, to preserve and to generate a proper use of the object of study. The proposal establishes a balance between the respect of the particularities of the property and the new use, which is oriented to the provision of general services through flexible spaces that facilitate the economic sustenance of housing and encourage social activities, and contribute to the development of the city of Gonzanamá.
