Estudio de la Implementación de un Almacén para Venta de equipos, herramientas e insumos automotrices en el noroeste de la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

En este proyecto se presenta una propuesta de implementación de un almacén de equipos, herramientas e insumos automotrices, donde se realiza un estudio del manejo interno del almacén, como se realiza el inventario, en qué orden se ubican las herramientas, como es su clasificación. Además se presenta información de cada herramienta que se piensa ofertar en el almacén que se piensa implementar. Se diseñará un plano arquitectónico de la estructura del almacén y un plano de cómo estará distribuido los estantes dentro de la bodega, como será la nomenclatura que se usara para identificar los diferentes ítems dentro de la misma, que sistema de manejo de inventario se implementara. También se realizara una encuesta y se tabulará el resultado por medio de Gráficos estadísticos donde se presente el porcentaje favorable que se tiene por parte de los encuestados, luego se procederá al análisis para determinar qué características puede adoptar el almacén de venta de herramientas, equipos e insumos automotrices.

This project presents a proposal for the implementation of a warehouse of equipment, tools and automotive supplies, where a study is made of the internal management of the warehouse, how the inventory is made, in what order the tools are located, as is their classification.
