Estudio de la implementación de un taller de servicio rápido en el sector Garzota de la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

RESUMEN En este proyecto de investigación se estudia la factibilidad que tiene un taller de servicio rápido, implementado en la ciudad de Guayaquil en el sector de La garzota. Se presentara los diferentes servicios que oferta el taller tales como, el servicio de cambio de aceite, cambio de bujía, limpieza de inyectores, cambio de filtro de aire, entre otros, a esto se le denomina mecánica rápida, donde el cliente va por un servicio puntual y que no se demore mucho. El taller consta con su diseño estructural, y semi-realista, en la cual se estipulan las áreas que consta el mismo, sus dimensiones y las funciones de cada una de ellas, también se muestra el organigrama del taller, donde se expresa la cadena de mando que me maneja dentro del mismo. Por medio de una investigación de campo a través de encuestas se analizará la factibilidad de la implementación en la zona ya prescrita, y por medio de herramientas económicas, su rentabilidad en un promedio de 5 años a partir de la implementación del taller de servicio rápido en el sector La Garzota. ABSTRACT This research project studies the feasibility of an fast service workshop, implemented in the city of Guayaquil in the La Garzota sector. It will present the different services offered by the workshop such as, the service of oil change, spark plug change, cleaning injectors, air filter change, among others, this is called fast mechanics, where the customer goes for a punctual service and that does not take long. The workshop consists of its structural design, and semi-realistic, which stipulates the areas that comprise it, its dimensions and the functions of each of them, also shows the organization chart of the workshop, where the chain of command that manages me within it. Through field research through surveys, the feasibility of implementation in the area already prescribed, and through economic tools, its profitability will be analyzed in an average of 5 years from the implementation of the fast service workshop in the La Garzota sector
