Diseño arquitectónico del mercado municipal para el cantón Olmedo, provincia de Loja

Abstract

El presente trabajo trata sobre una propuesta de diseño arquitectónico para un mercado municipal en el cantón Olmedo, el objetivo es crear una instalación con la estructura, ubicación y condiciones higiénico-sanitarias adecuadas, que permita un correcto ordenamiento de la actividad destinada a la comercialización de productos de primer orden en la localidad, para satisfacer las necesidades tanto de vendedores como de consumidores, proporcionando a su vez un importante impulso al desarrollo económico de todo el cantón. En la primera etapa se estableció los distintos conceptos y normativas que aporten al desarrollo del trabajo de tesis. En la segunda fase se investigaron los referentes que guíen y apoyen el proceso de diseño. En la tercera fase, que es la de análisis y diagnóstico, se trató sobre los antecedentes del cantón, que ayudaron a establecer la problemática social existente para crear un espacio destinado a la comercialización de productos. En la cuarta fase se planteó la conceptualización de la propuesta, la que orientó la implantación de la forma del mercado y su funcionalidad.

The present study deals with a proposal of an architectural design for a town hall market in the Olmedo canton. Its main objective is to create an installation with the structure, location and proper health-hygienic requirements. This allows a correct organization of the activity destined to the commercialization of top-notch products in the town to meet the needs of both sellers and consumers; which in turn provides an important boost to the economic development of the entire canton. In the first stage, the different concepts and regulations that contribute to the development of thesis work were established. In the second phase, the references that contribute and support the design process were investigated. In the third phase, which is the analysis and diagnosis, the background of the canton was discussed. This helped to establish the existing social issues and a space for the commercialization of products. In the fourth phase the conceptualization of the proposal was proposed, which guided the implementation of the market form and its functionality.
