Abstract: El presente trabajo es una propuesta arquitectónica frente a dos problemas identificados en el cantón de Cayambe. El primero se refiere al déficit de capacitación agroindustrial y el segundo la falta de promoción de temas culturales y deportivos. Bajo esta primicia, el Centro de capacitación para la floricultura en Cayambe, se presenta como un espacio que dará solución a los problemas mencionados anteriormente. El primer problema que se refiere a la falta de capacitación, esto debido a la poca infraestructura para este ámbito. Actualmente, Cayambe cuenta con un solo centro de capacitación para la floricultura, y sus aulas son pequeñas, limitando la capacidad de alumnos. Por otro lado, lo referente a temas técnicos puede aprenderse en el bachillerato. Los alumnos tienen la opción de obtener el bachillerato general unificado (malla ciencias) o el bachillerato técnico. Este último da a los estudiantes un conocimiento técnico en distintas áreas, los alumnos pueden elegir entre agropecuaria e industrial. La oferta de bachillerato técnico en Cayambe también es escasa, en la que destaca la opción de agropecuaria, sin embargo, el conocimiento referente a la floricultura no es abarcado de manera amplia, siendo la ganadería el tema de mayor explicación...
This work is an architectural proposal in reaction to two problems that have beeN identified in Cayambe. The first one concerns the lack of agro-industrial training and the second is the lack of promotion of cultural and sporting activities. The Training Centre for Floriculture in Cayambe, is presented as a space that will reduce the problems mentioned above. The first problem concerning the lack of agro-industrial training is, mainly, by the lack of infrastructure. Currently, Cayambe has only one training centre for floriculture, but its classrooms are small which reduce the number of students who can be trained. The other way to get agro-industrial training is by high schools. In Cayambe, students choose among technical baccalaureate (technical high school diploma) or science baccalaureate (general unified high school diploma). The courses in each specialization differ significantly. In the technical specialization, they have to choose among agriculture or industrial. However, the offer of technical specialization is also reduced and the knowledge about floriculture is limited, while the animal husbandry is widely explained...
