Latin America is the most urbanized region in the developing world, Ecuador has households that suffer from a qualitative deficit and others that suffer from quantitative deficit. Therefore, the project is to design permanent quality housing through a structural module. The system of modules is incorporated by means of flexibility and adaptability, and the constructive efficiency to provide construction solutions to the deficit of housing and equipment, affecting the Andean region. The module must be adaptable to the change of use, according to the needs of users, and conditions of the Andean zone. The minimum scale use of the system is of housing, this will mutate through the multiplication of the module, becoming to the maximum scale that are multipurpose spaces like lodging, commerce, services, training, etc. The objective is for housing that is not static and can generate an income to people. The project will be implemented as a didactic example in the Ecuadorian Sierra around the inactive volcano Ilalo specifically in the parish of La Merced.
