Abstract: RESUMEN EJECUTIVO “PLAN DE MARKETING ESTRATÉGICO PARA MEJORAR LA SOSTENIBILIDAD FINANCIERA, PARA LA EMPRESA GUERRERO SEGOVIA” En el desarrollo del plan de marketing estratégico para mejorar la sostenibilidad financiera para la empresa Guerrero Segovia, en el primer capítulo se define el problema mismo que busca mejorar la sostenibilidad financiera a través de un plan de marketing que conduzca a la mejora significativa de la promoción y publicidad del producto. En el segundo capítulo se define la fundamentación teoría que permite establecer el conocimiento con relación al plan de marketing, definiciones que permitirán realizar la propuesta. En el tercer capítulo se determina el diagnostico estratégico el mismo que analiza las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas con las que cuenta la empresa y de esta manera poder generar estrategias que permite cumplir con los objetivos propuestos en el proyecto. En el capítulo iv se realiza una investigación de mercado a través de herramientas metodológicas como las encuestas que define que 39% de los encuestados han escuchado de la empresa inmobiliaria Guerrero Segovia, de esta manera se conoce que la empresa necesita estrategias de publicidad, mismo que permitirá incrementar su rentabilidad y solvencia empresarial. En el capítulo v es considerado el más importante ya que se define la propuesta a través de estrategias de las 4p de marketing, se define el plan de acciones para validar los responsables y políticas para la ejecución de las estrategias, adicional se realiza un estudio financiero que permite definir si la inversión contribuye que se mejore la utilidad de la empresa y de esta manera consiga la sostenibilidad financiera. ABSTRACT In the development of the strategic marketing plan to improve financial sustainability for Guerrero Segovia, the first chapter defines the same problem that seeks to improve financial sustainability through a marketing plan that leads to significant improvement of the promotion And advertising of the product.. The second chapter defines the theory foundation that allows to establish the knowledge in relation to the marketing plan, definitions that will allow to make the proposal. In the third chapter, the strategic diagnosis is determined, which analyzes the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats that the company has in order to generate strategies that allow it to meet the objectives proposed in the project. In chapter iv a market research is carried out through methodological tools such as surveys that define that 39% of the respondents have heard from the real estate company Guerrero Segovia, in this way it is known that the company needs advertising strategies, Will increase its profitability and business solvency. In chapter v it is considered the most important since it defines the proposal through 4p marketing strategies, it defines the action plan to validate the responsible and policies for the implementation of the strategies, additional financial study is done Which allows to define if the investment contributes to the improvement of the utility of the company and in this way achieve financial sustainability.
