Estudio para diseño de vehiculo especial (autobomba) bajo normas internacionales

Abstract

La siguiente investigación busca realizar el diseño de una autobomba para que se pueda fabricar locamente. Dada la creación del Instituto de Compras Públicas, se necesita poseer un porcentaje de agregado nacional para facilitar la venta de autobombas y demás productos a entidades públicas. Se analiza la norma NFPA 1901, la cual se encarga de dar las pautas necesarias para el diseño de vehículos especiales. Una vez analizada la norma NFPA 1901, tenemos las bases necesarias para realizar el diseño de la autobomba. En el capitulo de diseño se encontrara los diferentes materiales a utilizar y las características de los mismos, al igual que el chasis en el cual se puede realizar la conversión y la distribución de pesos necesaria para que el vehículo especializado funcione correctamente. Se incluye un manual en el cual se dan las pautas para la selección de personal el cual va a operar autobomba, al igual que da consejos sobre el mantenimiento preventivo de la misma. Por último se realiza un análisis económico, el cual es favorable con lo planteado al inicio de este proyecto, ya que el porcentaje de agregado nacional sería del 32, 68%, con lo cual las posibilidades para ganar los concursos en el Instituto de Compras Públicas se elevan de manera positiva.

The following research aims to make a design of a fire engine that can be manufactured locally. After the “Instituto de Compras Públicas” was established, the products to be offer to public institutions must have a percentage of national added; it would facilitate the sale of the fire trucks and any other product to this kind of institutions. We are going to analyze the NFPA 10901 norm, which provides the necessary guidelines for the design of special vehicles. Having analyzed the NFPA 1901, we will have the necessary knowledge that would help us in the design of the fire truck. In the chapter that would study the design, could be find the different materials and characteristic of thereof, as well there will be the chassis which could be used for this kind of adaptation and the necessary weight distribution. It includes a manual for the selection of the personnel who will operate the fire engine, as also there will find some tips for the preventive maintenance of it. Finally an economic analysis would made, which is favorable in concord with the objective of this project. The national added percentage would be 32, 68%, thus the chances to win the different contest of the “Instituto de Compras Públicas” rise positively.
