Diseño de un modelo de membresías para el Hotel Sun Marino, ubicado en la Parroquia de Tonsupa, Cantón Atacames, Provincia Esmeraldas

Abstract

RESUMEN EJECUTIVO El Hotel Sun Marino, ubicado en la Provincia de Esmeraldas, Cantón Atacames, Parroquia Tonsupa, es un negocio familiar que brinda servicio de alojamiento a todos los turistas nacionales y extranjeros, así como trabajadores temporales que laboran en la zona; este proyecto consiste en el DISEÑO DE UN MODELO DE MEMBRESIAS PARA EL HOTEL SUN MARINO UBICADO EN LA PARROQUIA DE TONSUPA con la finalidad de ofertar sus servicios a largo plazo y a un precio fijo, generando así mayor beneficio tanto al turista como al hotel. Basados en un análisis de medición de la satisfacción de los clientes que día a día acoge el hotel, se puede evidenciar que el servicio que brinda genera fidelidad y por lo tanto podemos obtener resultados positivos en la aplicación del proyecto. Es importante indicar que el hotel tiene 23 años de funcionamiento y durante este tiempo ha tenido un crecimiento significativo en el mercado, esto, gracias a las constantes innovaciones que se han ido realizando de acuerdo a las necesidades que el cliente exige. Gran parte de la rentabilidad que se espera obtener con la aplicación de este Plan de Membresías, será utilizado para seguir invirtiendo en los cambios y mejoras que el hotel requiere y así lograr la fidelidad de los clientes entregando servicios de calidad. ABSTRACT The Hotel Sun Marino, located in Esmeraldas province, canton of Atacames, Parish Tonsupa, is a family business that provides hospitality services for local and out of country tourist also all temporary workers that work in the zone for the season. This project consists in the design of a membership plan for the hotel Sun Marino located in the Parish of Tonsupa; as a result to the offer its services have a set price in a long period of time benefitting its tourist in the hotel. Based on the reviews of satisfaction from clients the daily helps the hotel it shows that the service that the hotel provides fidelity; therefore, it obtains positive results toward the application of the project. It is important to show that the hotel has been operating for 23 years and during that time has grown significantly in the market as the result of constant innovations that its clients have suggested. The big role of rentability that we hope to obtain with the membership plan will be utilized to continue to invest in changes for the better of the hotel and provide our clients the fidelity and best quality services.
