Abstract: | RESUMEN Este plan de negocios contiene el análisis técnico, operativo y financiero para la puesta en marcha de un Centro de Diagnóstico Veterinario, que será ubicado en el sur de la ciudad de Quito, tomando en cuenta que en dicho sector no existe un negocio similar. Para ello, se inicia por un marco referencial, que contextualiza apropiadamente el estudio planteado, especificando los objetivos, los componentes y las etapas del proyecto. Además, se plantea una base conceptual elemental para una mejor comprensión de los contenidos, explicando las características de la microempresa, el direccionamiento estratégico, la gestión por procesos, plan de marketing, estudios de mercado y otros elementos determinantes para el desarrollo apropiado del plan de negocios. Con dichos elementos, se describen y explican los requerimientos del negocio para operar, comenzando por el personal, para luego detallar la infraestructura, el mobiliario, los equipos y maquinarias y el presupuesto de inversiones respectivo. El presupuesto de inversiones, que describe el capital de trabajo, permite determinar las fuentes de financiamiento, las proyecciones de ingresos y egresos, entre otros importantes puntos, que sustentan la factibilidad y viabilidad de la propuesta. SUMMARY This business plan contains the technical, operational and financial to start the implementation of a Center for Veterinary Diagnostics, which will be located in the south of the city of Quito analysis, taking into account that there is no similar business in that area. To do this, you start by a framework that appropriately contextualized the proposed study, specifying the objectives, components and stages of the project. In addition, it raises a basic conceptual basis for better understanding of the content, explaining the characteristics of the microenterprise, strategic management, process management, marketing plan, market research and other determinants for proper development plan business. With these elements, they are described and explained the business requirements to operate, starting with the staff, then detail the infrastructure, furniture, equipment and machinery and the respective investment budget. The investment budget, describing working capital, to determine the sources of financing, projections of income and expenses, among other important points that support the viability of the proposal. |
