Con el paso del tiempo, ha cobrado mayor relevancia la salud reproductiva de la mujer, especialmente desde la etapa preconcepcional, con el fin de mejorar su calidad de vida, su fertilidad y lograr embarazos seguros que favorezcan el crecimiento y desarrollo saludable de las futuras generaciones.
