This research develops a cross-platform strategy centered on neuromarketing to strengthen the emotional loyalty of the audience of the RTS television program Combate during its off-season periods. The study begins by examining the phenomenon known as the Seasonal Disconnection Syndrome, which is characterized by a significant decline in audience engagement and emotional attachment to the brand following the conclusion of each season. The primary objective is to design a strategy that reinforces emotional memory, neuropsychological triggers, and the audience’s digital behavior in order to minimize the disruption of viewing habits and transform the off-season into an opportunity to foster long-term audience loyalty. Following an analysis of television ratings, digital performance metrics, audience engagement, and computational sentiment analysis, the findings reveal that the audience does not disappear during the program’s off-season. Instead, viewers remain in a latent state and respond positively to stimuli associated with nostalgia, emotional attachment, a sense of belonging, and participatory, community-oriented experiences... |
