Abstract

Los sistemas constructivos en seco representan una alternativa tecnológica orientada a optimizar el desempeño estructural, reducir cargas y mejorar la eficiencia en procesos edificatorios de vivienda en altura. En el contexto de la vivienda de interés social en ciudades intermedias del Ecuador, su aplicación responde a la necesidad de implementar soluciones técnicas que disminuyan tiempos de ejecución, consumo de recursos y costos indirectos de obra.
