Abstract

Este proyecto propone la creación de CycleWorks S.A., una empresa ecuatoriana dedicada al reciclaje de plásticos PET, HDPE y PP para fabricar herramientas de construcción y partes automotrices. Frente al incremento de residuos plásticos y la limitada infraestructura de reciclaje en Ecuador, CycleWorks plantea un modelo de negocio basado en economía circular, sostenibilidad e inclusión de recicladores de base. La propuesta integra procesostécnicos a través de todaslas operaciones del flujo de transformación.Con una inversión inicial de USD 743.000 (64 % capital propio y 36 % financiamiento externo), la empresa tendrá una capacidad de procesamiento de 20 toneladas mensuales. Su enfoque B2B está dirigido a sectores industriales. La viabilidad técnica y financiera se sustenta en un modelo organizacional escalable, con estrategias de inversión, alianzas institucionales y políticas de calidad.
