WORK SMART coworking 24/7

Abstract

La tesis plantea el diseño de un espacio de coworking 24/7 orientado a profesionales creativos como arquitectos, diseñadores y artistas, quienes requieren entornos flexibles que acompañen sus dinámicas de trabajo, descanso y recreación. El proyecto se fundamenta en el concepto de la dualidad del cerebro, asociando un área “lógica”, enfocada en la concentración y el pensamiento analítico, y un área “creativa”, diseñada para estimular la imaginación y la expresión. El coworking integra servicios complementarios como cafetería, cápsulas para dormir y duchas, lo que garantiza el bienestar del usuario en cualquier horario. La propuesta combina mobiliario modular adaptable, iluminación conceptual y zonas orgánicamente configuradas que permiten transitar entre concentración, colaboración y relajación. Además, el diseño fomenta activamente el networking, promoviendo la interacción entre distintos perfiles creativos y potenciando la generación de sinergias y proyectos colaborativos. Este diseño integral busca responder a nuevas formas de habitar el trabajo, ofreciendo un espacio innovador donde se equilibran productividad y bienestar, y aportando un modelo replicable para futuros entornos laborales centrados en la creatividad. This thesis presents the design of a 24/7 coworking space aimed at creative professionals such as architects, designers, and artists, who require flexible environments that support their dynamics of work, rest, and recreation. The project is based on the concept of brain duality, associating a “logical” area focused on concentration and analytical thinking, and a “creative” area designed to stimulate imagination and expression. The coworking space integrates complementary services such as a café, sleeping capsules, and showers, ensuring user well-being at any time of day. The proposal combines adaptable modular furniture, conceptual lighting, and organically shaped zones that allow smooth transitions between concentration, collaboration, and relaxation. In addition, the design actively fosters networking, encouraging interaction among diverse creative profiles and enhancing the generation of synergies and collaborative projects. This integral design seeks to respond to new ways of inhabiting work, offering an innovative space where productivity, well-being, and community are balanced, while providing a replicable model for future work environments centered on creativity.
