Diseño de políticas antifraudes para una empresa de telecomunicaciones, ubicada en Guayaquil, durante el año 2025

Abstract

El presente trabajo de integración curricular trata de fraude y las mejores técnicas para contrarrestarlo, el proyecto esta divido en cinco capítulos el primero son antecedentes, los capítulos segundo, tercero y cuarto es el diagnóstico referente a la empresa de telecomunicaciones y quinto es la propuesta. Dentro de los antecedentes se revisa la justificación metodológica, teórica y práctica, adicional de la definición del problema.
