Análisis de gestión de la bodega de repuestos de un concesionario automotriz en Carapungo

Abstract

Introducción: La gestión eficiente de la bodega de repuestos representa uno de los principales desafíos para locales de repuestos, talleres automotrices y concesionarios en el mercado actual. Se destaca la necesidad imperativa de implementar sistemas de gestión que optimicen el manejo, la distribución y el desempeño de estas bodegas, con el objetivo de mejorar el redito económico de las empresas del sector automotriz. Metodología: El método para esta investigación es experimental para analizar los datos que son el periodo de ventas de mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y accesorios del año 2023 utilizando un método experimental de categorización ABC se determinó los ítems A considerados de mayor venta para así generar un modelo de gestión de bodega MAX MAX donde se busca tener siempre el máximo stock de dichos ítems y así no incurrir en un servicio deficiente ni perdida de ventas. Resultados: Realizado el análisis se determinó que las ventas tienen comportamiento muy parecido en todos los segmentos donde el segundo trimestre tenemos un aumento del 25% y el tercer trimestre del 44%. Conclusión: analizado este comportamiento se determina en mantenimiento preventivo el ítem más vendido es el aceite donde se debe tener un stock mínimo de 200 ítems y un stock máximo de 340, mantenimiento correctivo el ítem más vendido son las plumas donde se debe tener un stock mínimo de 7 y un máximo de 35 y en accesorios el ítem más vendido es alarma sonar que se debe tener un stock mínimo de 2 y un máximo de 26. Introduction: The efficient management of the spare parts warehouse represents one of the main challenges for spare parts stores, automotive workshops, and dealerships in today's market. The imperative need to implement management systems that optimize the handling, distribution and performance of these warehouses is evident, with the aim of improving the economic profitability of companies in the automotive sector. Methodology: The method for this research is experimental to analyze the data that is the sales period of preventive, corrective and accessory maintenance for the year 2023. Using an experimental ABC categorization method, the A items considered to be the most sold are determined to generate a MAX MAX warehouse management model where the aim is to always have the maximum stock of said items and thus not incur in poor service or loss of sales. Results: After carrying out the analysis, it is found that sales have a very similar behavior in all segments where in the second quarter we have an increase of 25% and in the third quarter of 44%. Conclusion: after analyzing this behavior, it is determined that in preventive maintenance the most sold item is oil, where a minimum stock of 200 items and a maximum stock of 340 must be kept; in corrective maintenance the most sold item is pens, where a minimum stock of 7 and a maximum of 35 must be kept; and in accessories the most sold item is the sonar alarm, which must have a mínimum stock of 2 and a maximum of 26.
