Unidad Educativa para La Comuna de Lumbisi

Abstract

El presente trabajo de titulación abarca la necesidad de establecer un equipamiento educativo en la Comuna de Lumbisi. Para establecer la necesidad del diseño arquitectónico se realizó una investigación previa en donde se resaltó la falta de instituciones educativas que ofrezcan diversas actividades para atraer a los jóvenes, mediante el análisis del sistema educativo, normas básicas y estándares de infraestructura y la Ley Orgánica de Educación Intercultural. Para ampliar el objetivo de tesis se analiza el sitio que comprende a toda la Comuna como predio, consecutivamente se analizan tres referentes arquitectónicos como soporte de referencia para el proyecto: El Colegio en el Chaparral, Institución Educativa Flor del Campo y la ampliación Colegio Marista Quito. Se desarrollan conclusiones a partir del análisis fotográfico a escala humana y DRON permitiendo observar los alrededores y las conexiones existentes con el paisaje. Como conclusión de la investigación y análisis realizados se plantea un equipamiento educativo como una oportunidad para que los jóvenes puedan disfrutar de realizar diversas actividades dentro de la Comuna. Conclusions are developed from human-scale photographic analysis and DRON, allowing the surroundings and existing connections with the landscape to be observed.As a conclusion to the research and analysis carried out, an educational facility is proposed as an opportunity for young people to enjoy carrying out various activities within the community.
