Propuesta de diseño interior para el Restaurante Fondue

Abstract

Fondue es un lugar donde las personas han creado y compartido recuerdos, experiencias. Al estar ubicado en Ficoa, su target son personas jóvenes, que buscan disfrutar de algo nuevo en la ciudad, comer algo rico en un ambiente cómodo y donde puedan pasar un buen rato. La propuesta de innovación es generar un “winery garden” en el antiguo jardín apoyando el objetivo prin cipal de compartir entre amigos, creando un espacio de esparcimiento y reunión, donde la dinámica de participación inicial del restaurante se vea reflejada desde otro enfoque, cata de vino. Al crear una identidad de marca mediante el uso de diferentes materiales, rediseño de mobiliario, y generando diferentes atmosferas, se aprovechará al máximo la morfología de la casa y enfatizando en el sentido del Fondue “generar memorias y compartir con amigos. Fondue is a place where people have created and shared memories and ex periences. Its target is young people, who are looking to do something differ ent in the city, eat something delicious and have a great time. The innovation proposal for this project is to generate a “winery garden” in the old garden of the house, allowing people to create a space for recreation and enjoyment, where wine tasting complements the primary dynamic of the restaurant. By creating a brand identity using different materials, redesigning furniture, and generating different atmospheres, we will fix multiple problems that this restau rant has.The concept and subconcept are based on the origin and popularization of the dish, hand in hand with the unevenness of the house where it is currently lo cated. The mountainous landscape of the Swiss Alps and what happens within it was taken as a concept.
