dc.description.abstractThis thesis explores the development and impact of a Workshop School dedicated to training individuals with hearing disabilities. The research addresses the need for social and occupa tional inclusion of this group, highlighting how adapted technical education can be a key tool in improving their employment opportunities and autonomy. Through an inclusive peda gogical approach, specific methodologies and resources such as sign language and visual teaching materials are implemented to facilitate communication and learning for students.The study includes an analysis of success stories and an examination of the challenges faced in curriculum adaptation. It also evaluates the school’s impact on the workforce integration of graduates, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between the school, businesses, and local communities. The results suggest that the Workshop School not only enhances participants' technical skills but also strengthens their self-esteem and sense of belonging.
