Diseño arquitectónico de un centro de interpretación turístico para la parroquia Yamana del cantón Paltas, aplicando criterios de fexibilidad espacial

Abstract

Yamana parroquia del cantón Paltas de la provincia de Loja se distingue por su diversidad turística y arqueológica muy representativa para el país, debido a los extraordinarios hallazgos de petroglifos, además de ser el principal eje funcional para el desarrollo turístico, económico y social de la parroquia, sin embargo, tiene un déficit de centros de información cultural que solventen la oferta de la riqueza natural e histórica de este sitio. La presente investigación se desarrolló por etapas, en la primera se desarrolló la recopilación de información sobre la parroquia Yamana, seguido del estudio de diferentes conceptos para el entendimiento de un centro cultural. Además, del estudio bibliográfico de referentes arquitectónicos culturales para encontrar criterios, parámetros de proyecto y lineamientos en los que se basarán la planificación del equipamiento. En la segunda etapa se analizó el contexto donde se va a emplazar el centro cultural, planteando la metodología de análisis de contexto de Laura Gallardo Frías, dando como resultado las principales condicionantes en el sitio de intervención con las respectivas potencialidades y problemáticas. Una vez concluidas estas etapas, se concibe al diseño del proyecto arquitectónico, utilizando criterios de flexibidad espacial como espacio flexible, mobiliario flexible, estructura flexible y accesibilidad. Por consiguiente, se propone el proyecto del centro de interpretación turístico bajo los criterios de flexibidad espacial que permita desarrollar un espacio para clasificar, informar, exponer y promocionar, fortaleciendo la historia cultural del lugar. Yamana Parish in the canton of Paltas in the province of Loja is distinguished by its tourist and archaeological diversity very representative for the country, due to the extraordinary findings of petroglyphs, besides being the main functional axis for tourism, economic and social development of the parish, however, it has a deficit of cultural information centers that solve the supply of natural and historical wealth of this site. This research was developed in stages, in the first stage was the collection of information about the Yamana parish, followed by the study of different concepts for the understanding of a cultural center. In addition, the bibliographic study of cultural architectural references to find criteria, project parameters and guidelines on which the planning of the equipment will be based.In the second stage, the context where the cultural center will be located was analyzed, using Laura Gallardo Frías’ context analysis methodology, resulting in the main conditioning factors in the intervention site with the respective potentialities and problems.Once these stages are completed, the design of the architectural project is conceived, using spatial flexibility criteria such as flexible space, flexible furniture, flexible structure and accessibility. Therefore, the project of the tourist interpretation center is proposed under the criteria of spatial flexibility that allows the development of a space to classify, inform, expose and promote, strengthening the cultural history of the place.
