Abstract

El presente proyecto se enfocó en la implementación de una línea de producción de carne madurada de búfalo en Ecuador, con el propósito de ampliar la demanda de este producto en el mercado nacional. Se llevó a cabo un estudio de mercado exhaustivo, se elaboró un plan financiero detallado, se diseñó y construyó una planta de producción moderna, se adquirieron equipos de última tecnología, se seleccionaron proveedores confiables, se brindó capacitación integral al personal y se implementó la estrategia de comercialización del producto. Los resultados obtenidos fueron altamente satisfactorios, logrando una expansión significativa de la demanda de carne madurada de búfalo en Ecuador, la captura de una cuota de mercado considerable en el segmento objetivo, una mejora notable en la rentabilidad del proyecto, una elevación sustancial en la calidad del producto, una optimización eficiente de los costos de producción, la generación de nuevos puestos de trabajo directos e indirectos y la promoción de prácticas de consumo y producción sostenibles. En conclusión, el proyecto ha culminado con un éxito rotundo, cumpliendo a cabalidad con todos los objetivos establecidos y generando un impacto positivo de gran relevancia en la empresa, la comunidad y el medio ambiente. Se recomienda continuar con el monitoreo y evaluación constante del proyecto para identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y garantizar la sostenibilidad de los resultados obtenidos a largo plazo. This project focused on the implementation of a production line for matured buffalo meat in Ecuador, with the purpose of expanding the demand for this product in the domestic market.
