Plan de negocios para una empresa de servicios sociales en continuidad educativa y resiliente de la ciudad de Quito.

Abstract

En el desarrollo de la presente investigación se diseña un plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa que brinda servicios sociales de resilencia y continuidad educativa para las instituciones fiscales de la ciudad de Quito, por lo que antes de ello se ha detectado que existe una reducción en la tasa de estudiantes matriculados pasando del 2,5% al 2,1% entre los dos últimos periodos escolares, añadiendo además que se tiene un 2,48% como tasa de abandono por parte de los estudiantes a los centros educativos demostrando así la necesidad de crear una compañía enfocada a la prestación de servicios de resilencia educativa, por lo que al proponer la nueva empresa se han establecido tanto la Misión, Visión y principios para la compañía que deberán aplicarse a los seis trabajadores que forman parte del negocio en base a su estructura organizacional dentro de un nivel directivo, ejecutivo, operativo y asesor. La nueva compañía que se presente constituir no dispone de un área de talento humano, pero se conoce que el Gerente General dispone de un amplio conocimiento y experiencia en Reclutamiento y Selección de Personal, Capacitación de Trabajadores y Evaluación de Desempeño, procesos que son claves para reconocer el talento y las habilidades de los empleados que laboran en la empresa. La inversión total es de $ 34.263,16 dólares de los cuales el 76,65% es financiado con recursos propios y la diferencia restante mediante préstamo de una entidad financiera, el VAN (Valor Actual Neto) es de 21.927,69 dólares cuya cifra al ser positiva se demuestra la factibilidad del proyecto de inversión, así mismo, la TIR (Tasa Interna de Retorno) es de 34,47% que al ser mayor a la tasa de descuento del 11,78% se establece la factibilidad de implementación de la nueva empresa. In the development of the present research, a business plan is designed for the creation of a company that provides social services of resilience and educational continuity for the fiscal institutions of the city of Quito, for which before this, it has been detected that there is a reduction in the enrollment rate of students, going from 2.5% to 2.1% between the last two school periods, also adding that there is a 2.48% dropout rate among students from educational centers, thus demonstrating the need to create a company focused on the provision of educational resilience services. Therefore, in proposing the new company, the Mission, Vision and principles for the company have been established, which must be applied to the six workers who are part of the business based on its organizational structure within a managerial, executive, operational and advisory level. The new company that is proposed to be constituted does not have a human talent area, but it is known that the General Manager has extensive knowledge and experience in Recruitment and Selection of Personnel, Training of Workers and Performance Evaluation, processes that are key to recognizing the talent and skills of the employees who work in the company. The total investment is $34,263.16, of which 76.65% is financed with own resources and the remaining difference through a loan from a financial institution. The NPV (Net Present Value) is $21,927.69, which, being positive, demonstrates the feasibility of the investment project. Likewise, the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) is 34.47%, which, being greater than the discount rate of 11.78%, establishes the feasibility of implementing the new company.
