Diseño de un plan para la detección de talentos deportivos en edades escolares de 5 a 9 años

Abstract

La evolución del deporte ecuatoriano, ha presentado la necesidad cada vez más recurrente de engrosar las filas de deportistas que representan el tricolor ecuatoriano en las competencias de alto rendimiento y a nivel profesional. Es por esto que el detectar talentos deportivos en edades tempranas resulta la mejor manera de nutrir a las diferentes disciplinas deportivas, partiendo desde la base educativa del deporte, la Educación Física, mediante esta, al implementar una batería de test físicos que permitan determinar las capacidades físicas básicas de los menores, proyectando a los mismos como posibles talentos deportivos, a ser reclutados, con el fin de que alcancen Plan de alto rendimiento. En el Ecuador existen diferentes regulaciones manifestadas en la Ley del Deporte Educación Física y Recreación, que contemplan la detección de talentos deportivos, Este proyecto tiene como finalidad establecer un modelo de evaluación el cual permita instituir de manera técnica procesos que amplíen el descubrimiento de menores cuyas capacidades sean destacables, apalancándose en las instituciones educativas, donde los menores reciben su formación; de este modo integrando tanto los padres de familia, escuelas, organismos ministeriales y al equipo consultor, haciendo que, mediante un trabajo mancomunado la información obtenida sea óptimamente procesada, cumpliendo con la transparencia requerida en todo aspecto que involucre a menores de edad. El presente proyecto aportará con el desarrollo del deporte ecuatoriano, fortaleciendo y ampliando significativamente sus bases, con deportistas integrales, cuyo progreso haya sido minuciosamente monitoreado desde su detección, hasta, su posible inclusión en el programa de alto rendimiento o el deporte profesional. In Ecuador there are different regulations manifested in the Law of Sports Physical Education and Recreation, which contemplate the detection of sports talents. This project aims to establish an evaluation model that allows the technical institution of processes that expand the discovery of minors whose abilities are remarkable, leveraging in educational institutions, where minors receive their training; in this way integrating both parents, schools, ministerial agencies and the consulting team, making that through a joint work the information obtained is optimally processed, complying with the transparency required in every aspect that involves To minors. This project will contribute to the development of Ecuadorian sport, strengthening and significantly expanding its bases, with integral athletes, whose progress has been meticulously monitored from its detection, to its possible inclusion in the high performance program or professional sport.
