Abstract: The mechanical section of the coffee mill consists of a speed reduction by meansof pulleys and belts that allowed adapting the revolutions of the electric motor to thelevels required to be able to grind the coffee. In addition, they designed steel shafts connected to the shaft by keys, thus assembling an optimal transmission mechanism with the appropriate materials, achieving a solid and efficient mechanical system for the prototype.
