Diseño Arquitectónico del Mercado Municipal del cantón El Pangui aplicando estrategias de Arquitectura Pasiva

Abstract

Actualmente El cantón El Pangui está en un constante proceso de crecimiento urbano comercial gracias a los altos niveles de caracterización de producción agrícola y ganadera que genera para todo el cantón, no obstante, actualmente existe un déficit de equipamientos comerciales, con el mercado municipal funcionando actualmente dentro en una infraestructura no apta para la realización de actividades comerciales. Esta situación enmarca la necesidad de proveer un equipamiento comercial que considere las condiciones climatológicas, confortabilidad tanto para los vendedores, compradores y usuarios.El proyecto se estableció en tres etapas. Dentro de la primera etapa se estableció aspectos bibliográficos como revisar, extraer información, normativas para la elaboración de marco teórico y selección de referentes internacionales de mercados que presentes niveles climatológicos idénticos al Cantón El Pangui.En la segunda etapa se desarrolla el análisis contextual del lugar mediante el levantamiento arquitectónico del equipamiento actual haciendo énfasis en dos aspectos: estructural y funcional. Currently, the canton of El Pangui is in a constant process of commercial urban growth thanks to the high levels of agricultural and livestock production characterization that it generates for the entire canton, however, there is currently a deficit of commercial facilities, with the municipal market currently operating within an infrastructure that is not suitable for conducting commercial activities. This situation frames the need to provide commercial equipment that considers weather conditions, comfort for vendors, buyers, and users.The project was established in three stages. In the first stage, bibliographic aspects were established, such as reviewing, extracting information, regulations for the elaboration of the theoretical framework and selection of international references of markets that present identical climatological levels to Canton El Pangui.In the second stage, the contextual analysis of the place was developed through the architectural survey of the current equipment, emphasizing two aspects: structural and functional.
